This Exchange Policy governs all transactions conducted on the Sewa Exchange platform. By using the platform, users agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

5. Wallet & Credits

• Credits hold no cash value outside the platform
• Misuse, fraud, or manipulation of credits will result in penalties

6. Delivery & Fulfillment

• Users are responsible for delivery, pickup, or service execution
• Timely completion is expected from both parties
• Any delays must be communicated promptly

7. Dispute Resolution

• Users may raise disputes through the platform
• Sewa Exchange will review and resolve disputes fairly
• The platform’s decision shall be final and binding

8. Cancellation Policy

• Post-confirmation cancellations require mutual consent
• Repeated cancellations may result in account limitations

9. Prohibited Conduct

10. Enforcement & Penalties
