Sewa Exchange – Terms & Conditions

The Terms & Conditions define the rules, responsibilities, and rights of users when accessing and using the Sewa Exchange platform. By using the platform, users agree to comply with these terms, ensuring a safe, fair, and transparent environment.

1. Acceptance of Terms

• By accessing or using Sewa Exchange, users agree to these Terms & Conditions.
• Users must comply with all platform policies, including Exchange Policy, Wallet Policy, Cash Policy, Community Manager Policy, and Safety Guidelines.
• Sewa Exchange reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. User Eligibility

• Users must be legally eligible and verified to use the platform.
• Providing false information or impersonating another individual is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.

3. Account Responsibilities

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
• All activities conducted under a user account are the sole responsibility of the account holder.
• Any unauthorized access must be reported immediately to platform support.

4. Listing & Exchange Rules

• All goods, services, and skills must be listed with accurate and truthful descriptions.
• Exchanges must be conducted strictly through the official Sewa Exchange system.
• Fraudulent listings, misrepresentation, or prohibited items are strictly prohibited.

5. Wallet, Payment & Commission Terms

• All transactions, including wallet credits and cash payments, must follow official platform procedures.
• Users are responsible for verifying transaction details before confirmation.
• Misuse, fraud, or manipulation of payment systems will result in penalties.
• Commission Structure:6%
• 3% per successful transaction, 1% for referred user transactions,  2% for facilitated exchanges

Taxation:

• All applicable government taxes on commissions will be deducted as per prevailing laws and regulations.
• Tax deductions will be applied automatically during transaction processing where required.
• Users are responsible for complying with any additional personal tax obligations as per government rules.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

• Engage in fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive activities
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Bypass or manipulate platform systems or policies
• Post or share illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content

7. Dispute Resolution

• Users must raise disputes through the Help Center or official support channels.
• Platform administrators or Community Managers will review and resolve disputes fairly.
• All decisions made by Sewa Exchange are final and binding.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Sewa Exchange is not responsible for losses resulting from off-platform transactions or misuse of the system.
• While safety mechanisms are in place, users engage in exchanges at their own risk.

9. Intellectual Property

• All platform content, including logos, designs, and system features, are the property of Sewa Exchange.
• Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

10. Termination

Violation of these Terms & Conditions may result in:

• Temporary account suspension
• Permanent account termination
• Loss of wallet balance, credits, or platform privileges

11. Amendments

• Sewa Exchange reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
• Users are encouraged to review this section regularly to stay informed.
